    Waste incineration plant

    Product Review:

Advanced combustion technologies including one-stage pyrolysis gasification, swirl combustion and co-combustion in open air, as well as secondary combustion and complete combustion are incorporated into the equipment.
The primary combustion chamber incorporates combustion gasification technology allowing the internal gas temperature in the furnace to be raised from 200°C to 400°C, and avoid formation of melted blocks, slag blocks or sintering during combustion. The secondary mixing combustion chamber is equipped with secondary combustion burners and air ring feed. At 1100°C, the combustible gases can burn completely, mixing effectively the gas produced at gasifier with air for prevention of carbon material output and slow combustion in flame. When the combustion gas enters into high temperature combustion chamber, the tangential inlet and tangential auxiliary air inlet facilitate combustion, enabling the flue gas to burn completely in combustion chamber again, using rotating air flow to dedust the flue gas. Flue gases reside in combustion furnace for more than 2 seconds, ensuring complete combustion of combustible gases and substances in fly ash. Dry tail gas sweetening equipment is installed in the upper section of waste incinerator to adsorb and sweeten hydrogen chloride, sulfur oxides and other substances produced by combustion. The flue gas sweetening system is equipped with filter bricks made of slaked lime for neutralization of acidic gases and sweetening of tail gases

    Application Sphere:

The equipment is suitable for treatment of medical waste, animal carcasses, solid domestic and industrial waste.
