    Micro bubble flotation machine

Product review: Micro bubble flotation machine

Flotation machines are generally used for liquids/solids separation in processes of water treatment. They generate micro bubbles which are then supplied into water through dissolved air and exhaust system. The bubbles attach to solid or liquid particles in waste water with density close to water density. Based on floatation principle, these particles float to the water surface providing  liquids/solids separation.

    Sphere of application:

Micro bubble flotation machines are used in the sphere of water treatment for  the following purposes:

Removal of suspended substances, waterweeds and other microaggregates  from waste waters.

Extraction of valued components, such as cellulose, from industrial waste  water (for example, from paper industry waste water).

    Product Advantages

The engineering of the aeration modules ensures a uniform gas cloud density throughout the entire work area. Highly precise diffuser manufacturing prevents rapid fouling and corrosion. Fine wastewater treatment solutions enable water reuse in production, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

    FAQ

How does fine bubble flotation differ from standard aeration systems?

The key difference is the size of the bubbles, which here do not exceed 10–30 microns. The smaller the bubble, the higher the likelihood of it sticking to fine particles of contaminants. This makes the unit ideal for final treatment of wastewater from textile and paper mills, where it is necessary to remove the finest fibers and dye residues.

How critical is the purity of the supplied air for the operation of aerators?

To prevent clogging of the fine pores of diffusers, we use air filtration systems. This is especially important in dusty regions of Uzbekistan. Clean air extends the life of the aeration elements and maintains an even distribution of bubbles throughout the flotator mirror, maintaining high cleaning efficiency.

Can fine bubble flotation be integrated into an existing biological treatment?

Yes, such equipment is often installed as a pre-treatment unit in front of aeration tanks or as a sludge mixture separation unit. This reduces the load on biology and prevents the release of activated sludge. Compact dimensions allow the machine to be built into existing premises without major reconstruction of the workshop.
